Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflex areas on the feet (and hands) corresponding to all the
organs and glands of the body. A reflexologist is able to identify reflexes that may be out of balance and will work on these areas by applying gentle pressure to the feet with thumbs and fingers with the aim of returning the body's sytems back to their natural state of balance.

-Alexander Technique- a method which helps a person discover a new balance in the body by releasing unnecessary tension.
-Yoga group - Hatha yoga uses gentle stretches, breathing, and relaxation techniques to bring balance and harmony to mind and body. Ultimately, yoga is a practice which teaches self-awareness, helping us to become more present and giving us skills to take off the mat into our daily lives.
